Boldt Construction

Boldt Construction Company needed a new facility to house the operations for their southern division. The southern corporate headquarters oversees company activities in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This was the first project of a 17-acre comprehensive Master Plan designed by STUDIOARCHITECTURE.

STUDIO wanted the design for the facility to be more than just a building; we wanted the design to create a true sense of place before someone even enters the front doors. This is a one-of-a-kind corporate building for Oklahoma. Boldt’s headquarters building is on the cutting edge for energy and environmental management and meets the LEED rating system set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council, and was the first privately funded Silver-certified building in the State of Oklahoma.

Boldt’s corporate office consists of 22,000 square feet of executive offices and conference room facilities, a 20,000 square foot tilt-wall concrete warehouse, and a 60,000 square foot yard. The office complex also contains a storm shelter designed to Category Three tornado criteria.
