The new addition respects the established Neo-Georgian style of both the original Foundation building and nearby OSU campus with a brick and cast stone exterior. Contemporary details complement the traditional vocabulary and integrate the expansion. The glass connection between the two buildings, for example, with exposed structure, natural light, and an open environment, figuratively and literally unites the existing structure with the new.
The improved office environment features flexible and open spaces that encourage collaboration. Enclosed spaces, such as conference rooms and offices, integrate glass to increase transparency and maintain a team-oriented environment. Traditional walled spaces are minimized to reinforce the new office culture. Glass walls stretch from floor to ceiling and maximize natural light in conference and lounge spaces, and sleek interior finishes strengthen the open atmosphere.
